Having sponsored a yacht crewed by an all-South African team in the prestigious Cape2Rio Yacht Race, the Internet Service Provider Cool Ideas wanted to ensure that sufficient PR and awareness was generated surrounding the shared values of themselves and the sponsored Nemesis Yacht. Our strategy involved filming a compelling, shareable video encapsulating the inspiring narrative of adventure, camaraderie, and triumph. The decision to leverage video as our medium was driven by its dynamic ability to vividly capture and convey the essence of the yacht race, fostering a more immersive and engaging experience for their audience

To generate awareness around the exciting partnership between Cool Ideas and the Nemesis Yacht, we undertook the production, filming, and editing of a captivating short PR activation video to accompany several press release articles published by renowned news agencies. This video introduced and interviewed the dedicated crew of the Nemesis Yacht, shedding light on the individuals behind this incredible sailing endeavour and highlighting the shared values of Cool Ideas and the yacht’s mission.
